About us
Hockey Wars is an annual hockey tournament to prepare everyone in getting back into the flow of things before the winter hockey season kicks off.
This year the tournament will be held on the 8th to the 10th March at the Randburg Astro. Twelve men’s and twelve women’s teams will be playing in the tournament, where the aim is not to win, but to come out and have fun. Teams will play in a round robin format. Prizes will be handed out at prize giving at the end of the tournament for the winning teams, top goal scorers as well as a few other “sur-prizes” In addition to sensational hockey, there will be good food and lively entertainment for all, during the day and a party on the Saturday night which is open to everyone.
